Career.Place eliminates the need for resume and phone screening. Employers define the job needs using a multi-step funnel (it is your choice what steps you want to use): basic criteria, soft skills, job scenario/situational questions, and/or audio/video interviewing. Candidates apply anonymously through the funnel; only the best-fit candidates make it to the shortlist. No resumes or other identifying information is presented while candidates are evaluated. When candidates make the shortlist, their details are revealed so they can be interviewed, and a decision to hire is made.
